In young is a female art director, designer and artist based on New York from Korea.

She works in the field of art direction, branding, packaging design, illustration and visual design.

She gained her BA in Ceramic & Glass Art at Hong Ik University in 2010. She was also a graphic designer in Korea where she worked for various clients including Hershey’s, NIVEA and Unilever. After she gained her MS in Communication Design at Pratt Institute in New York, she had opportunities working with different agencies and brands such as Chandelier Creative, Dando Project, Philosophy (Coty) and L’Oreal.

These days In young is part of global team at L’Oreal as an art director where she builds visual codes for It cosmetics starting from marketing big Idea building to art direction.
